Why Local Resources Matter

Every family has its own situation, and having a resource that provides local information can help a family identify what they need and where to get it. There are numerous organizations located in Seattle which have a goal of enhancing the quality of life for children by providing them with better educational opportunities, health care, counseling, advocacy, as well as community-based programs.

Our goal is to bring all these services together under one umbrella so that families will be able to easily locate services that may be of interest or benefit to their child; educate themselves on current issues related to children's development and services; and develop relationships with service providers that will assist them as needed.
